1. Log into your Customer Portal account -
*If you have not signed up for an account with the Customer Portal, you will need to create your account first (use the signup link).

2. Click on My Subscriptions in the top navigation. This will take you to the page that shows all your subscriptions.
3. Click on Edit Subscription located in the lower righthand corner of the subscription you wish to cancel. This will load a page with options available for that subscription.
4. Scroll down and click on I want to Cancel. Choose the reason you are cancelling the subscription from the options.
5. Choose the offer to keep your subscription or confirm your choice by clicking on “No, Still Cancel”. (Please note that this will cancel all future orders that have not already been processed.)

Should you wish to restart your cancelled subscription at any time, simply click Reactivate under the Try Again section within My Subscriptions.
You can delay your subscription up to one month.
1. Log into your Customer Portal account -

2. Under My Subscriptions, click on Edit Subscription for the product you need to delay.
3. Click on Edit Date.
4. Choose the date from the calendar up to one month in advance and click on Confirm.
Your subscription will automatically renew on your chosen frequency based on this new date.
You can update which products you are subscribed to as well as adjust the delivery frequency.

2. Click My Subscriptions and then click on Edit Subscription next to the subscription you need to edit.
CHANGE DELIVERY FREQUENCY:
1. You can change how often you receive your autoship orders by selecting Edit Frequency. You can choose from every 2 weeks to every 6 months.
2. Choose the frequency from the options, click Continue, choose the date from the calendar to start the new frequency, then click Confirm to the effective date.
CHANGE RENEWAL DATE
1. To change the renewal date, click on Edit Date, click on the date you would like the next order to be billed, click on Confirm.
CHANGE ADDRESS DETAILS
1. To update your shipping address, click on Edit Address, enter the changes, and click Save.
CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD
1. To update your payment method, click Edit Method, choose either Paypal or Credit/Debit Card, enter the information, and click Save.
This will replace the information on file. If you would like to delete all payment methods from your account, please contact our Customer Care team.
*If the credit card number does not match with the expiration date and CVV, the box surrounding the card number will be outlined in red.

2. Click on My Account.
3. Click the Edit button in the Shipping Details section to update the address you would like your orders to be sent to. Click the Save button. Please note that any field with an asterisk (*) is required.
4. Click the Change button in the Billing Details section to update the address associated with your method of payment.
5. Enter the updated address information and click Save. Please note that any field with an asterisk (*) is required.

2. Click on My Account.
3. Click Change/Update below Payment Method.
4. Choose either PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
5. Enter the updated payment information and Save. This will replace the information currently on file. NOTE: If the credit card number does not match with the expiration date and CVV, the box surrounding the card number will be outlined in red.
