PetLab Co. 2023 Sweepstake Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., you must be 18 years and older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: PetLab Co. Ltd. reserves the right to end the Sweepstakes at any time. A winner will be selected at random from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit one entry only. Each entrant shall enter the competition via Twitter by:
- Following PetLab Co. (@petlabco handle) on Twitter.
- Sharing a photograph of their pet along with a few sentences about your pet’s experience with PetLab Co. on Twitter.
- While ensuring to tag PetLab Co’s Twitter account @petlabco and using the hashtag #PetLabCo.
PRIZE: The Prize will be delivered to the winning entrant’s email address. The prize is a discount code in the amount of $100 that can only be redeemed on the official US PetLab Co. Website. Prizes are not transferable to any other party.
PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PetLab Co. Ltd. By accepting the Prize, the winner- agrees to release and hold PetLab Co. Ltd. and affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and liabilities of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or redemption of the Prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the Prize.
GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of PetLab Co. Ltd., which are final and binding in all respects.
