Subscriptions are setup with autoship frequencies, typically 30 days, where your product is sent out at regular intervals to make sure you never run out. We send out email reminders 3 days in advance of your next autoship, so you can make any changes. Subscriptions are the best way to experience PetLabCo. and all of our great products! As a subscription customer, all products are available at a discounted price, you will receive regular free gifts, and much more!

Your subscription charge date will depend upon the date on which you purchased your subscription as well as the autoship frequency. For example, a monthly subscription will be renewed every 30 days. We do our best to take subscription payment on the same day each month.
Our accounts portal for subscribers will allow you to easily adjust shipping schedules and edit/cancel any of your subscriptions.
1. Log into your account
Log in or sign up for an account if you don’t have one.
Please note: you don’t automatically create an account by subscribing to a product. If it’s the first time you are seeing the sign-up/login page then you probably haven’t created your account yet, register for an account with the email you used for your purchase.
2. Edit your subscription
Once you’re logged in to the My Account page, you will find your currently active
subscriptions.
Click Edit Subscription on the one you would like to manage.
Remove Add-Ons/Change Frequency
You can remove your add-ons at the top of your subscription settings, as well as change the frequency of your deliveries.
Pause Subscription
To pause your subscription, click on the button next to ‘Pause subscription for a month’, this option will automatically reset after a month.
Cancel Subscription
To cancel your subscription, go to the bottom of your subscription settings and choose ‘Cancel Your Deliveries’ under ‘Stop your regular deliveries’.
However, when you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to discounted products, free gifts, early access to new products, and, most importantly, your pet will stop their supplement intake! We do however understand that it is important to be able to cancel or amend your subscription with ease.
